As we are the global leader in virtual reality and robotics research and rehabilitation, the products and systems we offer are the key to fulfill these promises. That is why we use a visibly technical style to translate the message into a product-focused, highly professional imagery.

Renders

Because we offer very complex and often very large products, we meet the challenge of consistent image styles by mostly creating product renders. This allows us to have the same design pattern throughout our whole product range. This is something that real photographs struggle to provide.

Since our render images are created from 3D models, they also enable us to change perspective and modify the individual model towards our needs at any given time. And also to create focused crops of individual parts of the product.

Ambience

Our product images usually stand on a clear, bright background, so the details of the system are well visible.

When we implement more ambience, we try to create a scientific environment with a hint of mystery and discovery, using darker, greyish colours and very modern, technical elements for material, furniture and other accessories.

Human Perspective

To additionally accommodate the research character, a dummy is used on our products instead of human patient models. The dummy is both more versatile and neutral. As a test subject, it can represent anything: male, female, children. And it can be adjusted to about any pose, which makes it usable for almost any product and situation. At the same time, it does not draw the attention away from the product. Additional figures, if applicable, are usually scientists.

Photography

When the focus changes from a research to a clinical environment, it is sometimes sensible, albeit more difficult, to switch from the technical concentration and a darker ambience towards real images with authentic patients and ambiences. It is important to keep a consistent image style throughout a broader portfolio, but of course, in a clinical environment, the main aspect is not only the product anymore, but also the human patient and the therapist.

Photography production

You can shoot and use images from your own location and product-usage. A good view of the system and its features is desirable – especially the Virtual and Augmented Reality elements like on the treadmill/platform or the application on the screen – as this is a strong distinction from the competition. Therefore, we ask you to put good effort in lighting and image quality, so that it would be easier to capture these elements.

In general, interesting and up-to-date applications and projections should be put on screen and on the treadmill. Please ask us for suitable screenshots, if you cannot provide them yourself.
